If I am using the ARID1A Antibody (PSG3): sc-32761 for IHC with formalin fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections, do I need to perform antigen retrieval?

While it is not absolutely necessary to perform antigen retrieval, we do recommend this step when working with formalin fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections.
