Good day What is the proportion of DMOS and Water to dissolve this ampicillin? I would like to make a stock solution of 100mg/ml. I added water but does not dissolve thank you

The solubility information available states it can be dissolved in 1M NH4OH at 50mg/mL.

I am preparing the solution of 50mg/ml of ampicillin in water but this does not dissolve. what should i do to dissolve. our lab is using ampicillin of santa cruz first time and facing this problem.

I'm asking a technical problem. I'm trying to make 100 mg/mL ampicillin stock solution. It doesn't be dissolved in ddH2O (0.1g/1mL). Please, check this Lot Number: B0819, sc-210812B (in vial)

Thank you for your question. This chemical is generally reported as slightly soluble in water, practically insoluble in alcohol, chloroform, ether and fixed oils, but soluble in dilute acids or bases. Soluble at 50 mg/mL in 1 M NH4OH. Water solubility: 50mg/mL. Please contact our Technical Service Department for further support.
