Can you recommend a positive control to use with this antibody, sc-28358, for Western blot?

We recommend HeLa: sc-2200, NIH/3T3: sc-2210 or AMJ2-C8: sc-364366 whole cell lysates to use as positive controls as we have Western blot data showing specific detection of FGFR-4 in these cell lines.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Only a band in breast cancer cells The an,body was diluted at 1:1000 in 3%BSA and used ON. The filter was then incubated with a secondary an,body (used 1:3000 in 5%Milk for 1h). It is visible only a band migra,ng at about 100 KDa. The western blot is very clear. These are MDA-MB 231 cells.
