For this antibody, when we do Facs, is it intracellular?

Thank you for your question. The protein this antibody recognises is present in plasma membrane and mitochondria. The antibody's epitope region spans amino acids 271-396, which corresponds to a cytoplasmic, i.e. intracellular, domain.

Thank you for your question. Each vial of this antibody contains 500 µl culture supernatant containing IgG2a with < 0.1% sodium azide and 0.7% stabilizer protein. We do not provide a concentration as it is a supernatant antibody.

Is this antibody cross-reactive with MDR1 or any other gene products?
