Perlecan 항체(A7L6)는 웨스턴 블롯(WB), 면역침전(IP), 면역형광(IF), 면역조직화학 등의 응용을 통해 쥐, 쥐, 인간, 돼지, 소, 원숭이, 물고기 샘플에서 perlecan을 검출하는 쥐 단일클론 IgG2a 항체입니다. 항퍼레칸 항체(A7L6)는 비접합형과 아가로스, 과산화효소(HRP), 피코에리트린(PE), 플루오레세인 이소티오시아네이트(FITC), 다중 알렉사 플루오르® 접합체를 포함한 다양한 접합형 형태로 제공됩니다. 헤파란 설페이트 프로테오글리칸 계열의 일원인 펄레칸은 세포 외 기질에서 중요한 역할을 담당하는데, 펄레칸은 세포 성장과 분화에 영향을 미치는 성장 인자의 활동을 조절하는 데 관여합니다. 5개의 뚜렷한 도메인으로 구성된 펄레칸의 독특한 구조는 다양한 매트릭스 분자, 사이토카인, 성장 인자와의 상호작용을 가능하게 하며, 이는 연골 발달과 신경근 접합부의 적절한 기능에 필수적입니다. 펄레칸과 안티트롬빈 및 TGFβ1과의 상호작용은 각각 혈액 응고와 세포 신호 전달에 있어 조절 역할을 강조하며, 이러한 상호작용을 이해하는 것이 암과 다른 질병에 대한 새로운 치료 전략으로 이어질 수 있음을 시사합니다.

I would like to use Perlecan (A7L6): sc-33707 for double staining with another mouse monoclonal primary antibody. Is this possible?

Thank you for your question. In cases like this, we recommend using our directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibodies. Currently, sc-33707 is not available directly conjugated, but we have an alternative Perlecan antibody (sc-377219) that is available conjugated to HRP, FITC, PE, Alexa Fluor® 488 and Alexa Fluor® 647.
