Ankyrin-1, Ankyrin B 와Ankyrin G를 위한 Ankyrin 항체

Ankyrin G 항체(463)는 마우스, 쥐, 인간에서 유래된 Ankyrin G 단백질을 웨스턴 블롯(WB), 면역침전(IP), 면역형광(IF), 면역조직화학 등을 통해 검출하는 마우스 단일클론 IgG1 카파 경쇄 항체입니다. 항안키린 G 항체(463)는 비접합 형태와 아가로스, 과산화효소(HRP), 피코에리트린(PE), 플루오레세인 이소티오시아네이트(FITC), 여러 알렉사 플루오르® 접합체를 포함한 다양한 접합 형태로 제공됩니다. 안키린 G 단백질은 뉴런에서 적절한 활동 전위 전파에 필수적인 랑비에 노드와 축삭 초기 세그먼트에 나트륨 채널을 고정함으로써 뉴런 세포의 완전성을 유지하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다. 이러한 국소화는 정상적인 신경계 기능에 필수적인 효율적이고 신속한 전기 신호 전달을 보장합니다. 안키린 G 단백질은 세포 골격 조직과 세포 형태 유지에 관여하며, 이는 세포 구조에서 그 중요성을 더욱 강조합니다. 안키린 G 단백질은 조직 특이적 대체 mRNA 처리를 나타내며, 그 결과 신경 조직에서 두 가지 주요 이소형이 생성되는 반면, 폐, 신장, 비장, 간, 심장을 포함한 다양한 다른 조직에서는 더 작은 이소형이 발견됩니다. 이러한 발현의 다양성은 안키린 G 단백질이 신경 및 비신경 맥락 모두에서 다기능적 성질과 중요성을 가지고 있음을 보여줍니다.

Can this mouse monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This monoclonal for Ankyrin G available conjugated to agarose (sc-12719 AC), 500 µg/0.25 ml agarose in 1 ml, for IP; HRP (sc-12719 HRP), 200 µg/ml, for WB, IHC(P) and ELISA; phycoerythrin (sc-12719 PE), fluorescein (sc-12719 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-12719 AF488) or Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-12719 AF647), 200 µg/ml, for IF, IHC(P) and FCM
