sc-25388 (H102 Ab) was the best Ab in the market to WB for ZEB1. You claim that sc-515797 is replaced by sc-25388. sc-25388 is a joke. It does not work for WB, dirty and wrong size bands Do you plan to produce sc-25388 (H102 Ab) again?

Thank you for your question. ZEB1 Antibody (H-102): sc-25388 was discontinued in 2016 and is no longer being produced or sold. There are no plans to reintroduce this antibody. If you are unsatisfied with the performance of our monoclonal replacement antibody please reach out to our technical service team for assistance with your experiment. We also offer a 12 month warranty on such products and can provide replacements for non-functional antibodies.

What's the size of ZEB1 (sc-25388)??? I couldn't find any information of ZEB1 on the website.

Thank you for your question. The predicted molecular weight of the ZEB1 protein is 124 kDa, however it is often observed higher than predicted due to post-translational modifications. In the literature it has been reported to be observed at 170 kDa, 180 kDa, or even larger. This page doesn't have as much current information because this specific rabbit polyclonal antibody is discontinued. Please refer to one of our recommended alternative mouse monoclonal antibodies such as, ZEB1 Antibody (H-3): sc-515797, for current product data and information.

Rated 3 di 5 di junqing da It works in WBI test this antibody with Hela nuclear lysis. It works in WB with desired band at exact size. However, there are also unspecific bands.
