    SEE ALSO...

STK32C Antibody (C-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects STK32C in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-STK32C antibody (C-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. STK32C, also known as serine/threonine kinase 32C, PKE, or YANK3, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways by regulating the phosphorylation of serine and threonine residues on target proteins, which is vital for processes such as cell division, apoptosis, and maintaining cellular homeostasis. Located primarily in the cytoplasm, STK32C is involved in various signaling cascades that influence cell growth and differentiation. STK32C′s structure includes a protein kinase domain that utilizes magnesium as a cofactor to facilitate the transfer of phosphate groups from ATP to specific substrates, thereby modulating their activity. Notably, STK32C undergoes alternative splicing, resulting in two distinct isoforms that may have different regulatory roles within the cell. STK32C′s ability to interact with other proteins in the serine/threonine kinase family further underscores STK32C′s importance in cellular signaling networks, making STK32C (C-6) antibody an essential tool for researchers studying these critical biological processes.
