Mi2-β Antibody (H-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects Mi2-β in mouse, rat, and human samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Mi2-β (H-8) antibody recognizes a crucial component of the mSin3 corepressor complex, which plays a significant role in gene expression regulation by mediating histone deacetylation. Mi2-β (H-8) monoclonal antibody targets a protein primarily located in the nucleus, where Mi2-β interacts with other proteins to remodel chromatin structure, influencing transcriptional activity. Mi2-β′s ability to recruit histone deacetylases, such as HDAC1 and HDAC2, is vital for maintaining the balance between gene activation and repression, making Mi2-β essential for proper cellular function and development. Dysregulation of Mi2-β and associated complexes can lead to various diseases, including cancer, highlighting the importance of studying Mi2-β in understanding transcriptional regulation and disease implications. anti-Mi2-β antibody (H-8) provides a reliable tool for researchers investigating gene regulation and chromatin dynamics.
