I am using anti-lefty AB sc-7408 to develop a purification. I see bands of unexpected sizes. Could you provide me with more detailed information about the region used for the antigen design? Was the region between AA 1-77, 77-245, or 245-366? Thank you.

Thank you for your question. The specific sequences used for our peptide polyclonal antibodies, such as sc-7408, Lefty (M-20), is considered proprietary information. Please contact our Technical Service Department and we will provide you with a 50 amino acid range within which the peptide sequence is mapping.
