Integrin β3 Antibody (D-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Integrin β3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Integrin β3 (D-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Integrin β3 is a crucial component of integrin receptors, which are heterodimers formed by the noncovalent association of alpha and beta subunits. Integrin β3 mediates cell adhesion and signaling by interacting with ligands in the extracellular matrix, such as fibronectin and collagen, as well as soluble ligands like fibrinogen. These interactions enable various cellular processes, including cell migration, growth, and differentiation. Integrin β3 forms focal adhesions, which anchor cells to the extracellular matrix and facilitate communication between the extracellular environment and cell interior. Through clustering and activating signaling pathways, Integrin β3 maintains tissue integrity and regulates immune responses, making this protein a significant target for research in cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and other conditions where cell adhesion and migration play a pivotal role.
