ErbB-3 Antibody (G-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody raised against amino acids 1315-1342 at the C-terminus of human ErbB-3, a crucial member of the Erb-B receptor tyrosine kinase family. ErbB-3 mouse monoclonal antibody (G-4) recognizes an epitope within this C-terminal region and demonstrates broad species cross-reactivity, detecting ErbB-3 in mouse, rat, human, bovine, and porcine samples through Western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) applications.
