I am using Santa Cruze 1st Antibodies. Is it okay to use Cell signalling Technology CST 2nd antibody?

Thank you for your question. For the detection of twist protein we recommend using our monoclonal alternative twist Antibody (Twist2C1a): sc-81417 alongside one of our secondary binding proteins such as m-IgGκ BP-HRP: sc-516102. If you are still working with the old polyclonal twist antibody you can rely on our recommended mouse anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody: sc-2357. Ordinary third-party secondary antibodies specific against rabbit IgG may also be used for detection.
