Thank you for your question. Yes, Cdc34 (H-4): sc-28381 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections. Rated 4 de 5 por de Potent and fairly specific antibody This monoclonal antibody was independently tested in-house by Kinexus Bioinformatics Corporation and validated for use for Western blotting. There was medium detection of the ~34 kDa target protein in mouse tissues (brain/testes/thymus/muscle mix). No major cross-reactivities were observed at 2 µg/ml antibody concentration with off-target proteins in the mouse tissues tested, but a higher background and some weak cross-reactive proteins were evident.
