Santa Cruz Biotechnology offers an extensive line of support products that compliment our proteomics and biomedical research reagents. High quality whole cell lysates, nuclear extracts and tissue extracts serve as positive controls for Western blotting and immunoprecipitation applications. Highly purified proteins such as LIF and p38 can be used to elicit biological activity in vitro, thereby assisting in the study of cellular processes. In addition, over 6,500 well-characterized and validated transfected cell lysates are offered for use as positive controls with our most popular primary antibodies.
