GNS (glucosamine (N-acetyl)-6-sulfatase), also known as G6S (glucosamine-6-sulfatase), is a 552 amino acid lysosomal enzyme that hydrolyzes the 6-sulfate groups of the N-acetyl-D-glucosamine 6-sulfate units of keratan sulfate and heparan sulfate. Biochemicals that act as substrates for GNS have many applications in biochemical and physiological research. Click on the product name to view detailed information such as the chemical structure and specific chemical properties for each of our GNS Substrates biochemicals. In stock GNS Substrates are available for immediate shipping.
