Cdc42 Antibody (B-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody engineered to detect Cdc42, also known as Cell Division Control Protein 42 Homolog or G25K GTP-binding Protein. Anti-Cdc42 antibody (B-8) targets a precise epitope spanning amino acids 166-182 at the C-terminus of human Cdc42. Cdc42 is a pivotal member of the Rho family of GTPases within the larger Ras superfamily, playing a crucial role in regulating diverse cellular processes including cell morphology, migration, cell cycle progression, and cytoskeletal dynamics.
