Oct-1 Antibody (12F11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Oct-1 protein of mouse, rat, human, and Xenopus laevis origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Oct-1 (12F11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Oct-1, also known as POU class 2 homeobox 1, plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression, particularly in tissue-specific transcription.
