CD45 Antibody (30-F11) is a rat monoclonal IgG2b light chain antibody developed to recognize CD45, also known as Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Receptor Type C (PTPRC). CD45 is a crucial transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the surface of all nucleated hematopoietic cells in mice, playing a fundamental role in regulating immune cell signaling and activation. Functioning as a tyrosine phosphatase, CD45 modulates key signal transduction pathways by dephosphorylating tyrosine residues on Src family kinases such as Lck and Fyn, as well as on Syk family kinases like ZAP-70. These interactions are essential for the proper functioning of T and B cell receptors, influencing lymphocyte development, activation, and overall immune responses. The ability of CD45 to regulate these signaling pathways is critical for maintaining immune system homeostasis and ensuring effective immune responses against pathogens. Anti-CD45 antibody (30-F11) is raised against thymus and spleen tissues of mouse origin, making CD45 (30-F11) antibody effective for various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and flow cytometry (FCM). By targeting CD45, anti-CD45 antibody (30-F11) facilitates the study of immune cell populations and their activation states, providing valuable insights into immune system dynamics and the mechanisms underlying immune-related diseases. CD45 monoclonal antibody (30-F11) is an indispensable tool for both research and diagnostic purposes in immunology and hematology, supporting advancements in understanding immune responses and the development of targeted therapies for immune disorders.
