NBPF1 (neuroblastoma breakpoint family, member 1) is a 1,214 amino acid protein that localizes to the cytoplasm and contains eight NBPF domains. Expressed in a variety of tissues, NBPF1 belongs to the neuroblastoma breakpoint family. NBPF7 is a 421 amino acid cytoplasmic protein that contains two NBPF domains. NBPF5 is a 351 amino acid cytoplasmic protein that is expressed in medulla and brain and contains one NBPF domain.
