α Tubulin Antibody (TU-02) is a mouse monoclonal IgM kappa light chain antibody, raised against the full-length α Tubulin protein (amino acids 1-451) from porcine origin. α Tubulin monoclonal antibody (TU-02) detects α Tubulin from a variety of species, including mouse, rat, human, and porcine, and can be used in techniques such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). α Tubulin pairs with β Tubulin to form heterodimers that assemble into microtubules, structures essential for cell shape, intracellular transport, and mitosis.
