Ganglioside GD2 Antibody (14G2a) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Ganglioside GD2 protein of human origin by immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and flow cytometry (FCM). Anti-Ganglioside GD2 antibody (14G2a) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Ganglioside GD2 is a sialic acid-containing glycosphingolipid that plays a crucial role in cell signaling and recognition, making Ganglioside GD2 essential for various cellular processes.
