α Tubulin Antibody (B-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody, raised against human α Tubulin amino acids 149-448. anti-α Tubulin antibody (B-7) detects α Tubulin from a range of species, including mouse, rat, and human, in applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Additionally, α Tubulin monoclonal antibody (B-7) has cross-reactivity with other species, including canine, bovine, and porcine.
