CD3-ζ Antibody (6B10.2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CD3-zeta of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and flow cytometry (FCM). CD3-ζ (6B10.2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CD3-zeta plays a crucial role in T cell activation and signaling, as CD3-zeta is a key component of the T cell receptor (TCR) complex, which is essential for the immune response.
