Isotype-specific secondary antibodies for Western Blotting are supplied at 200 µg in 0.5 ml, to be used in Western blotting at a dilution of 1:500–1:5000. Human IgG pre-adsorbed secondary antibodies are recommended for Western blotting of immunoglobulin-rich tissues and cells.
