Does the new monoclonal antibody (E-5) work in Xenopus? Like the earlier H-102 polyclonal version.

Thank you for your question. We are aware of one recent product citation using the mouse monoclonal antibody, β-catenin (E-5): sc-7963, in Xenopus samples. Please refer to the following publication as a reference, PMID: 22719936.

What is the diluted ratio for CO-IP?

Thank you for your question. We recommend starting with 0.2–2 µg of antibody per 1ml of lysate. Dilutions will need to be optimized as it depends on the cells as well. Do you have any of the rabbit polyclonals that you used to sell still available, or are they available from another vendor? I can't use your mouse MAbs as a replacement for the rabbit PAbs (sc-7199 and sc-366126) of yours that I used to use.
