Coilin Antibody (F-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects coilin in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-coilin antibody (F-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Coilin is a crucial protein located primarily in the nucleus, specifically within Cajal bodies, which are small nuclear organelles essential for RNA transcription and processing.
