IGFBP7 Antibody (H-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects IGFBP7 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IGFBP7 (H-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Insulin-like growth factor-binding proteins (IGFBPs) are a crucial family of proteins that have evolved alongside insulin-like growth factors (IGFs), playing a significant role in regulating IGF signaling. IGFBP7 is particularly noteworthy due to binding both IGF-I and IGF-II, albeit with relatively low affinity.
