SSC Buffer, 20X Powder Pack

SSC Buffer, 20X Powder Pack includes two packets, each making 1L of 20X SSC Buffer. Saline-Sodium Citrate Buffer (SSC) is used as a hybridization buffer in immunoblotting and DNA Microarray protocols. Each packet makes 1L of 20X concentrate for dilution to 20L of 1X solution (1X solution: 150 mM NaCl, 15 mM sodium citrate, pH of 7.85-8.15).

Following reconstitution, store in the refrigerator (4°C). 20X stock solutions are stable for up to 2 years at 4°C and 1X stock solutions are stable for up to 6 months at 4°C.
