Descripción
HEPES has been described as one of the best all-purpose buffers available for use in biological research. The molecule is zwitterionic at most biological pHs and is most effective as a buffer at pH 6.8 to 8.2. Contains 238.3 g/L prepared in distilled water.

Uso
HEPES Buffer Solution (1M) is prepared with high-quality reagents and 0.2 μm filtered; however it has not been evaluated for use in cell culture. Please employ appropriate sterilization techniques for the intended application.
