Tinted with the classic blue color common to autoradiography film, it is ideal for chemiluminescence and compatible with 14C, 32P, 33P, 125I, and 35S isotopic DNA and RNA methods, including Southern and Northern blotting and gel-shift assays (EMSA). This blue color provides sharp, clear results without the foggy background or grainy images normally associated with non-blue films. Autoradiography Film is perfect for creating precise images, scanning into a digital format for presentation, and publication. The film is low background, high contrast formulated for increased sensitivity to low signal. It is also double immersed for improved performance and consistent results. Autoradiography Film is recommended for automatic processors and manual development methods.
