L-Selectin Antibody (DREG56) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects L-Selectin in human samples through immunofluorescence (IF) and flow cytometry (FCM) applications. L-Selectin, also known as LECAM-1 or CD62L, plays a crucial role in the immune response by mediating the adhesion of leukocytes to the endothelium, which is essential for the migration of immune cells to sites of inflammation or injury.
