TNF-R1 Antibody (H-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects TNF-R1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TNF-R1 monoclonal antibody (H-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TNF-R1 protein, also known as tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 1A, plays a crucial role in mediating the effects of tumor necrosis factor (TNF), a key cytokine involved in systemic inflammation and immune response.
