MTA3 Antibody (428C2a) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects MTA3 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Anti-MTA3 antibody (428C2a) is a non-conjugated monoclonal isotype antibody that plays a crucial role in cancer biology. Metastasis-associated protein 3 (MTA3) is a vital subunit of the Mi-2/NuRD transcriptional corepressor complex, which is essential for regulating gene expression through the covalent modification of histone proteins.
