NY-ESO-1 Antibody (E978) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NY-ESO-1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. NY-ESO-1 (E978) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NY-ESO-1, also known as New York esophageal squamous cell carcinoma 1, is a member of the cancer/testis (CT) family of tumor-associated antigens, primarily expressed in the testis and ovary, making NY-ESO-1 a unique target for cancer immunotherapy.
