SEE ALSO...

β3 Tubulin Antibody (TU-20) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects β3 Tubulin in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. anti-β3 Tubulin antibody (TU-20) is offered in a non-conjugated form, specifically designed for researchers seeking to study this neuron-specific cytoskeletal protein. β3 Tubulin plays a crucial role in the development and function of the nervous system, as β3 Tubulin is predominantly expressed in neurons and is essential for maintaining the structural integrity of neuronal microtubules. These microtubules are vital for various cellular processes, including intracellular transport, cell shape maintenance, and the formation of neuronal networks. The unique expression pattern of β3 Tubulin, compared to other tubulin isoforms, highlights β3 Tubulin′s importance in neurogenesis and synaptic function, making β3 Tubulin a valuable marker for studying neurodevelopmental disorders and neurodegenerative diseases. β3 Tubulin monoclonal antibody (TU-20) enables researchers to gain insights into the dynamics of neuronal cytoskeletons and their implications in health and disease.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from excellent in WB, but does not work in ICC at allIn WB the antibody works fantastic: very strong band in brain lysate when used in milk block at 1:5,000, no bands at all in 293 or NIH/3T3 lysates. However, in 4% PFA fixed primary neuronal culture there is no specific staining at all.
