Description
ChIP Lysis Buffer is 5mM PIPES pH 8.0, 85mM KCl, 0.5% NP-40 and Protease Inhibitor Cocktail (1 tablet/50 ml).
Usage
Upon receipt, store at 4°C. Keep the phosphatase inhibitor tabs dry, for best results, dessicate tabs at 4°C. Once phosphatase inhibitor is dissolved in buffer, store at -20°C for up to 12 weeks.
