HEXIM1 Antibody (D-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects HEXIM1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-HEXIM1 antibody (D-8) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. HEXIM1, known as Hexamethylene bis-acetamide inducible 1, plays a crucial role in regulating transcription by inhibiting the positive transcription elongation factor b (P-TEFb) through interaction with the 7SK small nuclear ribonucleic acid particle.
