Thank you for your question. Normal mouse IgG2a: sc-3878 is suitable as an isotype control for any experiment using an unconjugated primary IgG2a of murine origin. IP use of this antibody is reprted in several publications, including PMID 29912633, PMID 27472061, and PMID 19649319.

I want to use this antibody for IP isotope control. What's the concentration ?

Thank you for your question. This isotype control, normal mouse IgG2a: sc-3878, is titrated for use with our flow cytometry protocol, and that is why it is recommended for 100 tests. However, it can be used as an isotype control in other applications (including IP) and the concentration is 100 µg in 2 mL.
