ABCA7 Antibody (E-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ABCA7 isoforms a and b of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-ABCA7 antibody (E-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ABCA7 is a member of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter family, which plays a crucial role in the transport of lipids and other hydrophobic compounds across cellular membranes.
