TROP-2 Antibody (B-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TROP-2 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TROP-2 (B-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TROP-2, also known as tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2 (TACSTD2), is a cell surface glycoprotein receptor that plays a crucial role in transducing intracellular calcium signals, which are vital for various cellular processes, including proliferation and differentiation.
