  • Description
    • 1-Amino-2-hydroxyguanidine, p-Toluenesulfonate is a potent cell-permeable inhibitor of NOS2 (inducible nitric oxide synthase; iNOS), in mouse macrophages (IC50 = 68 µM) and in vitro rat aortic smooth muscle cells (RASM) (IC50 = 114 μM).

    • Store at 4° C. Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (-20°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 2 months at -20°C.
