Proteasome Inhibitor: sc-3127

synthetic peptide inhibitor for proteasomes, 0.5 mg/0.1 ml
sequence: Z-LLF (>97% pure by HPLC)
Potent, cell-permeable and reversible proteasome inhibitor. Inhibits the chymotrypsin-like activity of the pituitary multicatalytic proteinase complex. Does not inhibit the peptidylglutamyl-peptide hydrolyzing activity of MPC. Blocks decay of IκB-α and IκB-β in exponentially growing WEHI-231 cells.
