IL-4Rα Antibody (H-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects IL-4R alpha protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IL-4Rα (H-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. IL-4R alpha protein plays a crucial role in immune response by serving as a receptor for interleukin-4 (IL-4), a key cytokine involved in differentiating naive T cells into Th2 cells, which are essential for orchestrating immune response against extracellular pathogens and in allergic reactions.
