GABP-α Antibody (H-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects GABP-α protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GABP-α is a crucial transcription factor that plays a significant role in regulating gene expression by binding to specific DNA sequences, thereby influencing various cellular processes. GABP-α protein is primarily located in the nucleus, where GABP-α forms a heterodimer with GABP-β, which exists in two splice variants, β1 and β2, that differ in their C-termini.
