ARP-1 Antibody (E-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgM λ antibody that detects ARP-1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ARP-1 (E-11) antibody is available as non-conjugated anti-ARP-1 antibody. ARP-1 protein, also known as COUP-TFII, plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression during development, particularly in the central nervous system. ARP-1 (E-11) monoclonal antibody binds to specific DNA response elements to modulate the activity of other transcription factors, such as retinoic acid receptors and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors, thereby influencing various developmental processes. ARP-1 expression is tightly regulated and overlaps with COUP-TFI, highlighting ARP-1′s importance in neural differentiation and development. ARP-1 interaction with other transcription factors can lead to both activation and repression of target genes, making ARP-1 a key player in maintaining the balance of gene expression necessary for proper cellular function.
