GATA-1 Antibody (N6) is a rat monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects GATA-1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC). GATA-1 (N6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. GATA-1 plays a crucial role in erythropoiesis, as GATA-1 is essential for transcriptional regulation of erythroid-specific genes, thereby influencing red blood cell development.
