Description

BCIP/INT, 1X is a substrate for alkaline phosphate (AP) based detection systems. BCIP acts as the substrate for AP, INT enhances the yellow-brown final color of the precipitates at the reaction sites. BCIP/INT, 1X is suitable for immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry and in situ hybridization procedures in both manual and automated systems.

Usage

Ready to use, single component liquid substrate for alkaline phosphatase (AP) detection. No dilution or mixing necessary.
Recommended for use with Crystal Mounting Medium (sc-24943). Recommended counterstain: Hematoxylin (sc-24973)
