    SEE ALSO...

Integrin β7 Antibody (FIB504) is a rat monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects Integrin β7 in mouse, rat, and human samples through immunofluorescence (IF) and flow cytometry (FCM) applications. Anti-Integrin β7 antibody (FIB504) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Integrin β7 is a crucial component of the integrin family, which consists of heterodimers formed by noncovalently associated transmembrane α and β subunits. The specific structure of Integrin β7 allows interaction with various ligands, including components of the extracellular matrix such as fibronectin and collagen, as well as counterreceptors on adjacent cells, which is vital for processes like cell adhesion and migration. Integrin β7′s ability to mediate these interactions is essential for maintaining tissue integrity and facilitating immune responses, particularly in the gut, where Integrin β7 plays a significant role in the homing of lymphocytes to mucosal tissues. Understanding Integrin β7′s function and interactions helps researchers gain insights into involvement in various physiological and pathological processes, including inflammation and cancer metastasis.

Good morning, I'm a PhD student in the BSSE department of ETH Zurich and I'm working on integrins activation mediated by ligand binding. I would like to know if I can have a free sample of the following antibodies: sc-23919 sc-13548

    Asked by: marilia
Thank you for the question. 10µg Sample sizes are currently available or the two mentioned antibodies. Our Technical Service Dept. will contact you shortly by email.

How can Integrin β7 (FIB504): sc-23919 mouse monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

    Asked by: jenniferc
In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This antibody is available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-23919 PE) or fluoroscein (sc-23919 FITC).
