Description
Leupeptins are produced by Actinomycetes and act as calpain, cysteine, and protease inhibitors. Studies show that Leupeptin preserves cardiac nitric oxide synthase 3 (NOS3) and has been used to study inner ear hair cells. Motorneuron degeneration studies have revealed that Leupeptin helps improve muscle function and motorneurons from cell death after nerve injury. We supply the Leupeptin Hydrochloride form.
